As required by Indian law for online intermediaries, Innovesh Agency appoints a Grievance Officer who handles complaints from users in India and worldwide.

2. What You Can Complain About
Content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law; impersonation; copyright/trademark infringement; defamation; privacy or data-protection issues; KYC/payment disputes; or any other violation of these Terms.
3. What Your Complaint Must Include
(a) Your full name and contact details; (b) clear description of the issue and the URL(s) involved; (c) supporting evidence (screenshots, IDs); (d) the relief sought; (e) a statement that the information provided is true to the best of your knowledge.
4. Timelines
We will: (a) acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours; (b) resolve simple complaints within 15 days as required by IT Rules 2021; (c) escalate complex disputes (including KYC, payouts) and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you believe we have not addressed your concern, you may escalate to the Grievance Appellate Committee constituted under the IT Rules 2021.
5. Content Take-Down
On receiving a valid court order or a written communication from an authorised Government agency, we will disable / remove the offending content within 36 hours and preserve it for 180 days for investigation, as required by IT Rules.
6. Voluntary Take-Down (Copyright / Trademark)
Right-holders may notify us under the IT Act 2000 with: (a) identification of the work; (b) location of the infringement; (c) proof of ownership; (d) a statement of good-faith belief. We will act on valid notices within 36 hours.
7. Counter-Notice
A user whose content was removed may file a counter-notice. We will share counter-notices with the complainant and may restore content if a court order to the contrary is not produced within a reasonable period.
8. Data-Protection Grievances (DPDP Act 2023)
For requests to access, correct, or erase your personal data, or to withdraw consent, email the Grievance Officer. We will respond within 72 hours and complete eligible requests within 30 days.
